Please let the manager know if you have any requests or accommodations that you need before starting services.
– We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your visit.
– Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while receiving services.
– Please be aware that the salon tiles may be slippery. Exercise caution while walking.
– If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for the safety and comfort of everyone.
– We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired gift cards. Gift cards are non-refundable.
– If you have any issues or concerns about your service, please notify our staff or manager before making payment. We will do our best to address your concerns. No refunds will be issued after you leave the salon.
– Our services come with a 5-day warranty. After this period, a charge will apply for any further adjustments or repairs.
– We reserve the right to immediately stop or deny service to anyone behaving inappropriately or under the influence.
– Registered service animals are always welcome.
